The Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for analyzing insurance documents, processing reimbursement claims, and releasing accurate billing statements for insurance claims. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer on the job paid training. The hours during training will be 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide expertise claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating and resolving all types of claims as well as recovery and resolution for health plans, commercial customers and government entities.
• Prepares and reviews insurance claims prior to billing.
• Analyze and identify trends and provides reports as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
