- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Description :
Looking for a night shift ICU RN position.
The role requires working with a young ICU team.
Work hours are expected from 1900 to 0730.
There is an expectation of working every other weekend, specifically Friday and Saturday nights.
Sunday nights are not considered a weekend.
Responsibilities include assessing patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
Providing explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
Contributing to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict with professional communication skills is expected.
Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Participation in continuing education is required.
Complete and accurate medical records must be maintained.
Necessary certifications include ACLS and BLS.
