This a Full Time Lead Position working at Northwest Medical Center

$5,000 sign on bonus for qualified Sterile Processing Techs!!

Summary :

Supervises department operations during assigned shift. Interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations as appropriate to department and medical staff.

Performs duties of central sterilization technician when necessary.

Position Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Education :

Required : High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience required.

Preferred : Post High School Vocational / Specialized training

Experience :

Preferred : 2 years Central Sterilization experience; Supervisory / lead experience

Skills :

• Ability to provide daily operational leadership to small teams. Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment;
• Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented;

Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.

Licenses / Certifications :

None required.
