Sales Representative

Our client, a wholesale company located near Worcester, MA, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team on a temporary to potentially permanent basis.

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. They are compensating $20 an hour and looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

• Answer multiple phone lines, organize customer calls, and log calls in notes.
• Take detailed orders and accurately enter them into the system.
• Handle customer questions and concerns and informing the manager when necessary.
• Calling potential customers to establish new business.
• Provide strong customer service and learn the company products.

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Exceptional phone, communication, and customer service skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, including time management skills.
• Ability to work well on a team.
