- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency

Restaurant Executive Chef Requirements :
4+ years of Upscale Mid-Volume Full Service Restaurant Executive Chef ExperienceHigh energy, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of urgencyExcellent work ethic and drive to succeedMust be passionate about food and executing consistencyUnderstanding of labor controls and food costsMust be passionate about cleanliness and food safetyMust be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of commandOpen to working days, nights, and weekendsRestaurant Executive Chef Benefits :
