We are helping our client look for a Respiratory Therapist who believes that care doesnt stop when a patient leaves the hospital. Youll bring your clinical expertise and compassionate heart into patients homes, helping them manage their respiratory conditions safely and confidently where they feel most comfortable. From infants to seniors, our patients rely on us to provide the highest level of care and advocacy.

Youll play a vital role in helping individuals regain independence, educating families, and ensuring every patient receives personalized, dignified care that improves quality of life one breath at a time.

What Youll Do

• Provide in-home respiratory assessments, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with COPD, asthma, CHF, ventilator or tracheostomy needs, and other chronic respiratory conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment operation, oxygen safety, and preventive strategies.
• Partner closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and family to coordinate seamless transitions from hospital to home.
• Monitor patient progress, report changes promptly, and support physician-directed Plan of Care / Treatment for optimal outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advocate and motivator empowering patients to take control of their health journey.
