The Skinny Pancake, a Vermont-based local food creperie, is seeking an experienced, positive, and proactive full-time General Manager at our flagship restaurant on Burlington's picturesque waterfront, where it all began!

General Manager Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience (with a minimum of 2 years as a General Manager)
• Kitchen Management / Culinary Experience
• NRA ServSafe Manager preferred
• Availability to work onsite a minimum of (5) 9-10 hour shifts between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m. to 11 : 00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with a P&L statement
• Previous experience with inventory management, including purchasing, receiving, and cost control
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Must be able to coach and develop others effectively
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred
• Business or relevant degree preferred
