Bookkeeper Position
We are looking for a highly capable and detail-focused Bookkeeper to manage core financial operations and support the accounting team. This fully onsite contract role is ideal for someone with a strong command of bookkeeping practices and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and consistency
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoicing
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Requirements Qualifications
