Bookkeeper Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This fully onsite contract role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience and a hands-on approach to managing financial records. Key responsibilities include : maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, managing bank and credit card reconciliations, assisting with payroll processing and expense tracking, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards. Requirements include 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a small to mid-sized business environment, proficiency with accounting software, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and onsite, and excellent communication and time management abilities.
