What You Will Do :

Technical Advisor and Execution Support

Support day-to-day delivery of complex client engagements, with technical insights based on business process workflows and technology stack

Synthesize findings from various sources to develop comprehensive recommendations

Apply advanced strategic frameworks and methods to solve complex business problems (i.e., issue-based problem solving)

Support / lead research, hypothesis generation, quantitative / qualitative analyses, insight creation, and deliverable reviews / feedback

Client Relationship Management

Build relationships with clients as a trusted Guidehouse team leader and technology practitioner

Understand and anticipate client needs, translating them into actionable decisions and solutions

Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout engagements

Business Development and Practice Development

Support business and proposal development efforts addressing client needs / market demands

Identify opportunities and secure new work within 4-6 months of onboarding

Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility

Participate in internal Strategy practice initiatives including business development, offering development, people development, thought leadership, and community engagement

What You Will Need :

Bachelors Degree OR High School Diploma plus FOUR (4) years of additional experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.

Minimum of 7 years of experience within private / public sector focused on business operations

Track record of creative problem-solving, self-motivation, and analytical prowess

Ability to demonstrate strong quantitative analysis skills with experience in business case development and modeling

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient in MS Dynamics, PowerBI, and / or Tableau

Ability to travel as needed; up to 10%

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Experience in the Federal Healthcare space or Payer / Provider industry

Healthcare Industry affiliations

Experience in Microsoft Platforms / Products, AI, Cloud, and / or Machine Learning

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
