What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Assist sales teams in maximizing performance by gathering requirements and articulating processes related to data conversions and integrations
  • Act as a liaison with various departments and companies within the employer
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and demonstrate relevant solutions
  • Utilize business value calculators to communicate the value of products to prospects
  • Consistently update opportunity information in Salesforce and meet sales targets
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD is preferred
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience within software solutions
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technology visions and value propositions
  • Proven pre-sales experience targeting and demonstrating software solutions to large organizations
  • General understanding of Legal Operations, with experience in Matter Management or Contract Management being a plus
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience with E-billing, Contract Management, and / or Generative AI solutions
  • Comfort presenting to mid-level and C-level executives in Corporate Legal Operations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and be available across multiple time zones as necessary
