Job Description
We're seeking an industrial maintenance mechanic to support a busy manufacturing facility. Must enjoy troubleshooting, working independently and have strong technical skills. This person may specialize in one or more of the following areas but should have general knowledge in all : mechanical, electrical, electronics, HVAC, and hydraulics.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining buildings, machinery, and mechanical equipment for our metal-forming manufacturing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned.
Schedule : Typical schedule will be Friday to Sunday 5AM-5PM for Weekend Day Shift. Weekend Night Shift is 5PM-5AM. Eligible for Weekend shift premium of $3 / hour for day shift and $4.50 / hour for weekend night shift. Training may occur on 1st shift during the weekdays.
Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Qualifications

metal forming equipment including bending, cutting or roll forming.
