VP Of Strategic Accounts

The Role : VP Of Strategic Accounts

As the VP of Strategic Accounts focused on Panalgo, you will play a pivotal role in selling and expanding our RWE generation capabilities into new and existing clients in the life sciences sector. This role requires a proven track record of sales and business development expertise, a deep understanding of RWD, RWE generation, applications and platforms and other RWD / E tools and services, along with the ability to drive adoption of Panalgo's RWE platform, IHD, among our clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, understanding their complex needs, and helping them to leverage our RWD / E solutions to enhance their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and renewal of Panalgo's RWE platform (IHD) and services
  • Business development : Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target accounts
  • Relationship management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level executives
  • Market intelligence : Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Strategy : Develop and own the strategy for IHD to be sold into, maintained and / or expanded within targeted new clients as well as existing accounts
  • Cross team selling : Collaborate with RWD sales teams within Norstella

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare data sectors
  • In-depth understanding of real-world data applications, data analytics, and data-driven insights within the life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ability to understand complex client needs, develop tailored solutions, and strategically position Norstella's offerings
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
  • Travel : 25-50%

  • The expected base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $185,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
