Job descriptionA degree in IT, Computer Science, or the school of hard knocks (plus 3–5 years of BI experience). Sharp analytical skills and a knack for solving data puzzles. Great communication—because talking to humans is part of the job. Team spirit and a sense of humor (we like people who laugh at data jokes). Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end users.

Job Title : BI Developer (a.k.a. Data Whisperer)
What You’ll Do :
- Keep Power BI reports and data structures in tip-top shape.
- Build dashboards that make data look good and make sense.
- Write SQL like a wizard to pull insights from the data abyss.
- Turn vague business needs into crystal-clear reports.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver dashboards that actually get used.
- Help set standards so our BI tools don’t turn into a spaghetti mess.
- Join in on project planning without falling asleep.
What You Bring :
Bonus : No direct reports—just you, your dashboards, and a lot of SQL.
