Sr. Manager, Marketing Campaigns & Operations

This Is What Youll Do :

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360 campaigns and targeted trigger campaigns across paid and owned channels
• Own the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and briefing to execution and post campaign analysis
• Build and execute always-on campaign strategies (defensive, competitive, behavioral) that drive awareness, conversion, and retention
• Translate donor insights, market research, and business needs into actionable strategies and innovative campaign opportunities.
