Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced M&O Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements while coordinating with contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate all facets of pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phases for assigned projects.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide feedback to designers as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding project status and progress.
• Coordinate with public agencies to ensure compliance with off-site work requirements.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to meet quality standards, ensuring accurate monthly budget updates.
• Oversee contractor activities, review construction schedules and submittals, and coordinate responses to inquiries.
• Evaluate contractor substitution requests to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and negotiate change orders to ensure fair and reasonable pricing while addressing schedule impacts.
• Monitor and process payments for contractors, architects, engineers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Administer provisions of Professional Service Agreements between architects and the organization.
• Coordinate the delivery of related fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
• Manage project close-out procedures, including certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and financial close-out.
• Perform other project management duties as needed.
