Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up include :

• Lead commercial ground-up building and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
• Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver seamless project execution.
• Manage cost control, forecasting, and risk management throughout all phases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive project documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
