Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing a project team for a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects, including providing coaching and performance feedback. In addition, this role serves as the primary point of contact for the project.

What You'll Do :

• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Partners with management to develop and implement project strategies.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments to discuss project schedule and issues as needed.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
• Delegates work and serves as mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
• Makes decisions independently; ability to set objectives; makes decisions on critical issues, new concepts and policy matters. Consults with supervisor concerning unusual problems and developments.
• Provides leadership to project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
• Trains and mentors in less-experienced positions.

As an employee-owned company, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes excellent benefits for you and your family :

Pay : Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado / New York City / California / Washington) this ranges from $130,000.00-$160,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
