Construction Quality Control Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Quality Control Manager for an on-site position at AFB Charleston. This role requires experience in sewer and storm drain repair and renovations, or similar expertise in underground utilities. The ideal candidate will hold an active Quality Control certification from USACE or NAVFAC, as well as an OSHA 30 certification, coupled with over five years of experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure quality control measures are maintained on-site.
Manage and supervise construction activities related to sewer and storm drain repair and renovations.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare quality control plans and reports as required by the project specifications.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure all quality control documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Essential Skills
Active Quality Control certification from USACE or NAVFAC
OSHA 30 certification
5+ years of experience in federal construction management
Proficiency in quality control management
Expertise in construction management
Additional Skills & Qualifications
CQCM certification
EM385 knowledge is a plus
Experience in managing underground utilities projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $52.00 / hr.
