Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

We're seeking someone to join Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Director in Finance COO Office. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The Director will be responsible for assisting and managing various project management tasks, including analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting the project managers in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

What You'll Do In The Role :

• Manage and participate in complex cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, maintaining strong governance, communication cadence, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying roadblocks and escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and risk metrics.
• Facilitate executive forums and leadership updates, ensuring materials are prepared and aligned with broader priorities.

Salary range for the position : $70,000-$110,000 / Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
