Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Special Project (Flushing, NY)

Pay : $17–$20 / hour

Project Duration : 6–8 Weeks (with opportunity for ongoing placements)

We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a special short-term project supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Flushing, NY. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while gaining access to long-term job openings once the project concludes.

Details : Duration : 6–8 weeks

Pay Rate : $19–$20 / hour

All shifts available (day, evening, overnight, weekend)

SCIP training will be provided

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED (required)

CPR Certification (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be reliable and compassionate

Once the project is complete, additional DSP job opportunities at other locations will be shared with those who perform well.
