Job Details

Registered Nurse position in ICU / IMC Float specialty.

Float between ICU main, ICU Overflow, and IMC (stepdown unit).

Shift options : 7a – 7p or 7p - 7a.

Weekly guaranteed hours : 36.

Rotating weekends.

Patient population : Adult / Geriatric.

Common diagnoses / treatments : CABG, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, medical surgical ICU / IMC.

Job Requirements

Current State License required.

2 years recent acute experience required.

1 year travel experience preferred.

1-2 years ICU experience preferred.

Schedule Information

Shift : 7a – 7p or 7p - 7a.

Rotating weekends.

No block schedule requests; 48 hour shifts can be considered but not guaranteed.

Candidate shift preference flexibility indicated (day or night).

Unit Specific Information

Unit : ICU / IMC Float.

Number of beds : ICU – 16, IMC – 30 (including ICU Overflow).

Patient ratios : ICU – 1 : 2, IMC 1 : 3,4.

Equipment : Baxter Infusion Pumps, GE Monitoring.

EHR system : Medhost.

Supervisor : ICU and IMC supervisors mentioned.

Dress code : Black scrubs.
