Key Responsibilities

Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting

Answer inbound calls in a timely manner

Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications

Full fluency in both English and Punjabi

Technology proficient with web-based platforms and Microsoft Word

Access to a landline phone for sound quality

2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred

Industry specific certifications / trainings preferred
