The Account Representative plays a key role in driving Fortra's customer growth and retention. This role is responsible for building relationships with prospects and existing customers through targeted outreach, lead follow-up, and account management support. You'll partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop new opportunities while ensuring customers receive the guidance and support they need.
