What You Will Do :

The Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer will provide support to manufacturing operations and drive process improvement to improve the company's quality and delivery signature utilizing quality metrics. The Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for specific special processes across the value stream. Primary responsible processes will include CBN Coating, Waterjet and Extrude Hone. Additional processes may include but are not limited to Surface Media Finish. The scope of this role will include PW internal shop and may also include supply chain support components.

• With specific process ownership, this role will provide direct support to the manufacturing shop floor and drive multiple manufacturing process improvements across specific process steps that spans the full value stream of the parts.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
