Multi-Unit HVAC Sales Manager

Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC sales organization and drive growth across multiple locations in the Tacoma market. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this pivotal role will oversee a high-performing team of Comfort Advisors and inside sales professionals, ensuring disciplined sales processes, sustained performance, and an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities by ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up, and converted.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Comfort Advisors and inside sales staff while holding them accountable to results.
• Implement and refine proven sales processes, reporting tools, and pipeline management systems to exceed growth targets.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to deliver seamless, customer-first experiences that drive retention and referrals.
• Build strong community and client relationships, enhancing Mercurio's brand presence in the local market.
