As Senior Product Manager Ecosystem Onboarding and Growth, this role drives strategic expansion and operational excellence for digital banking products, focusing on boosting user adoption, revenue, and product performance. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional efforts to develop and optimize solutions, managing customer onboarding growth and customer across the product lifecycle. The position supports wallet products and embedded finance products.

Role Responsibilities

Product Operations Leadership and Management :

• Lead strategic initiatives to drive the expansion and growth of digital banking products.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost user adoption and increase revenue from product usage.
• Optimize product performance through continuous improvement creating global blueprints and best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams to develop and enhance digital banking solutions.
• Provide product leadership across Western Union as the subject matter expert of what it takes to grow and optimize our wallets and embedded finance products.

Salary : The base salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
