Financial Aid Specialist
The Office of Financial Aid at Penn State DuBois invites applications for a Financial Aid Specialist to provide service to students and families and assist in the administration of financial aid. This position will report to the Senior Supervisor of Financial Aid under the Office of Enrollment Management.
This is a limited-term contract running through Spring 2027.

Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications
Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications : None
Prior higher education financial aid administration is preferred
Excellent writing, oral, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills are required
Experience with Financial Aid databases is preferred.

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks : PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $46,400.00 - $67,300.00.
