Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Wichita, KS

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all systems.
• Monitor and record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments for optimal performance.
• Maintain safety standards, manage inventory, and oversee contracted maintenance work.
