A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated application issues and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex incidents
Participate in project meetings and act as a technical advisor
Create and manage documentation related to application support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT experience with strong technical knowledge
Proficiency in troubleshooting enterprise platforms such as UNIX and Windows Server
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute tasks efficiently
Familiarity with ITIL processes and system error diagnostics preferred
