Callero & Callero LLP, an accounting firm near O’Hare Airport in Des Plaines, IL is looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator.
Qualifications :
- Friendly / outgoing personality
- Treat clients with utmost respect and friendliness
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- At least one year of experience answering calls and performing general office tasks (copying, scanning, etc.) preferably in a professional services setting.
Duties :
Receptionist at the front desk. Answering and transferring phone callsBilling clientsCollectionsPreparing deposit on a weekly basisApplying receipts to customer accountsE-mailing invoices to clientsScanning, copying, typingDistributing mail on a daily basisProcessing tax returns (electronically and on paper)Sending out UPS packages when neededMailing letters and other correspondence as neededVarious Human resource functions (insurance, policies, onboarding)Various other general office tasksBenefits :
