Location : May be located in any Elevance Health PulsePoint office preferably in Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Mason, OH, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, or New York City, This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Summary : The Staff Vice President Of Pharmacy Product is a senior executive responsible for shaping and executing the long-term vision and strategy for Elevance Healths pharmacy product portfolio business, with full ownership of our PBM product P&L. Reporting to the President of CarelonRx PBM, this role leads enterprise-wide efforts to define the future-state pharmacy product offering for all commercial and government lines of business (internal and external), advancing Elevance Healths mission to improve affordability, quality, and whole-health outcomes. The Staff VP provides strategic direction across product innovation, pricing and growth, lifecycle management, and competitive positioning to advance Elevance Healths leadership in the PBM market. This leader collaborates closely with CarelonRx executive leadership across benefit management, pharmacy operations, health plan product leadership, sales, and account management, as well as the centralized Carelon Product organization on strategy, execution, and go to market, lifecycle management, network management, and cross-segment business teams to develop a differentiated pharmacy offering that meets evolving client, member, and market needs.
