A company is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth engine by optimizing the journey from Paid Acquisition through Conversion to Monetization
Manage and optimize a 7-figure monthly marketing budget across global channels
Synchronize cross-functional teams to ensure a unified growth strategy and foster a high-velocity experimentation culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads
Proven experience in a performance-first environment, particularly with subscription-based mobile apps
Track record of managing high-volume monthly budgets and driving rapid growth
Ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance campaign workflows
Deep understanding of LTV, CPA, and ROAS metrics
