Job Schedule : Full time

Weekly Hours : 36.00

Salary Range : $36.00 - $48.00

Pay Info : $7,500 sign-on bonus!

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in delivering personalized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care.

You will function within the scope of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the ethical standards set by the American Nurses Association.
