Job Summary

Oversee the planning and execution of strategic expansion and market penetration through real estate development and acquiring of sites in assigned division.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Manages the overall strategic planning process for the expansion of each market / region in assigned division.
• Conducts site visits with Real Estate managers and approves or disapproves sites for new stores.
• Guides Real Estate Managers in the overall development of each selected site.
• Acts as a business partner with division senior management to incorporate real estate solutions into strategic business decisions. Maintains and manages relationships with outside vendors and consultants.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the organization's strategic expansion and market penetration through real estate development and acquiring of sites in assigned division.
