Lead Mobile Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

Drive complex technical projects from conception to delivery while coding alongside the team

Provide people leadership to a small group of direct reports, establishing regular feedback and development discussions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and rapidly ship features that enhance app engagement

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience building mobile applications in Swift / SwiftUI or Kotlin / Jetpack Compose

Proven experience in technical leadership, guiding teams in production code and decision-making

Experience managing and mentoring engineers to foster a productive team environment

Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with Product, Design, and engineering teams

Familiarity with modern mobile tooling, CI / CD, testing, and cloud services
