Pay & Bonuses That Add Up

Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 total — $500 after your first load, another $500 after 30 days.
Performance Bonus : Up to +3 CPM based on safety, miles & productivity.
Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours.
Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.

Freight & Equipment

100% no-touch freight (50–60% drop & hook / 40–50% live unload)

Average length of haul : 400 miles

Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks

24 / 7 driver operations support — real help, any time of day or night

Mileage & Routes

Average drivers run 2,000 miles / week

Top performers run 2,300–3,000+ miles / week

Vacation Pay

1 year = 1 week

3 years = 2 weeks

7 years = 3 weeks

15 years = 4 weeks
