Job Description

An ERP Analyst 3 is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and applications. ERP Analyst 3 works with business users, vendors, and IT staff to analyze business requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction. ERP Analyst 3 also provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior ERP analysts and developers. ERP Analyst 3 is a leader within the organization and is responsible for supporting multiple sites within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of ERP systems and applications, primarily Syteline.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT staff to understand and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and develop test cases and scripts.
• Perform system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration, using various tools and methodologies.
• Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for ERP systems and applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues, and escalate complex problems to vendors or senior IT staff.
• Ensure compliance with ERP system standards, policies, and best practices.
• Research and evaluate new ERP technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Support multiple sites within the division in enhancing and maintaining their ERP system.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements to existing best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Assist sites in finding opportunities for improving efficiency in their processes.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $104500 to $130600 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
