Demand Planning Analytics Manager I for Whippany, NJ to leverage data-driven insights & analytics to optimize demand planning and forecasting operations; collaborate with business leadership to implement analytics to improve demand forecast accuracy; drive continuous improvement opportunities within demand planning process; deliver analytics tools to improve KPI performance; design & implement statistical models to predict demand trends; advise on risk mitigation strategies. Requires Bachelor's in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or closely-related quantitative field & 4 yrs experience in supply chain, forecasting and / or demand planning position(s) in a consumer product, consumer health, and / or pharmaceutical environment : using predictive analytics, Lean forecasting techniques, ship versus consumption models, and demand sensing to optimize demand planning operations; designing, developing & deploying statistical and machine learning baseline AI modeling algorithms and demand sensing machine learning models; creating predictive analytics tools, including interactive dashboards & reports, using PowerBI and / or Tableau; using machine learning tools to optimize customer inventory & improve expected weeks of supply; conducting SKU rationalization analyses to improve demand planning efficiency; integrating product, customer & location hierarchies within ERP systems; using Microsoft Excel advanced features for data analysis, including pivot tables, graphs, slicers, regression analysis, & database management; developing & maintaining data integrations between datalakes and ERP systems to enable continuous data flows and infrastructure stability; and creating automated steps & models to format supply chain, logistics, and demand data using Alteryx. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Whippany, NJ up to 2 days per week. Salary Range : Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $99,553.00 to $116,700.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
