Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Acting as a communication hub for clients / customers
- Building long-term rapport with customers
- Being able to negotiate contracts effectively
- Resolving customer disputes and attending to enquiries
- Providing reports on account
- Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
- Developing ideas / strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
- Assisting with critical issues and escalations
Requirements :
Experience as an Account Manager or related professionExcellent communication skillsFamiliar with CRM software and MS OfficeKnowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needsAbility to manage multiple projectsExcellent negotiation and leadership skillsBA / BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
