Position Summary :
The Consumer Engagement Leader will be responsible for leading the Consumer Branch Management team to enhance customer engagement by leveraging an effective sales and service culture; this includes staffing, interviewing, hiring, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, coaching, developing and providing feedback. Managing the consumer branch management staff and operational functions of the branches to meet the financial needs of the bank’s customers and the goals set forth by Executive Leadership. The Consumer Engagement Leader will assist with the creation of developing and implementing strategies to achieve deposit and loan goals for the branch network and ensuring compliance with all bank policies while providing outstanding customer experience. The Consumer Engagement Leader will perform formal on-site monthly branch evaluations, hosting branch manager meetings to ensure effective communication across the branch network.
The rate of pay is the minimum amount offered for this position. Blue Foundry Bank will compensate employees in a fair and equitable manner, taking into consideration education, skills, current and relevant experience, among other factors this position is eligible for incentive pay based on achievement of company and / or individual goals.

If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be eligible to receive referral payment in accordance with the following guidelines :
$100 after the new employee has completed his / her three-month anniversary , $400 after the one-year anniversary
Both employees must be employed on the anniversary date of the referred employee in order to receive a referral payment.
