The Director of Digital Merchandising and Content is a strategic, creative, and analytical leader responsible for shaping the digital shopping experience on Vans.com across the US and Canada. This role works closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Technology teams to deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience. This role sits on the eCommerce Team, reporting into the Head of eCommerce, and reports into the Vans HQ 3 days / week (Costa Mesa).

To succeed in this role, you will need : proven track record of driving business growth and evolution through strategic digital merchandising and data-driven optimization, deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools, a pulse on the rapidly changing digital landscape, and a passion for digital innovation and transformation. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with meaningful experience managing cross functional teams, are also required. A passion for digital innovation and transformation, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Hiring Range : $143,424.00 USD - $179,280.00 USD annually. This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
