Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management, with expertise in equity compensation

Passion for serving startup employees and executives

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus
