Job description

A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a development team divided into two scrum teams, fostering accountability and high performance

Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain delivery metrics to ensure team alignment and process improvement

Identify and address delivery bottlenecks while coaching team members in agile principles and servant leadership

Required Qualifications

5+ years in agile software delivery roles, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master

2+ years of experience in people management or development team leadership

Proven track record leading agile delivery for SaaS or B2B product engineering teams

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps

Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid agile methods
