Description:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of SAP S/4HANA within a hybrid Agile environment for a leading utility company. This is part of a multi-year digital transformation program covering finance, supply chain, HR, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 1 2 Agile teams in SAP implementation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, and SAP partners to manage backlogs.
• Support integration with PMO and waterfall workstreams (testing, data migration, etc.).
• Participate in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile metrics reporting.
• Manage work using Jira, Confluence, and SAP Activate methodology.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile/ERP environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong Agile and hybrid delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $90.00-$95.00 per hour.
