Job description

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement microwave links using Wavence formerly 9500mpr, including path analysis, frequency planning, and link budgeting.
• Create path profiles using IQ Link and / or Pathloss software
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 / Layer 3 transport protocols across microwave and fiber network backhaul systems.
• Collaborate with IT and field engineering teams to integrate microwave systems into broader transport architecture.
• Conduct site surveys and support field installations, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, link performance, and system upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to ensure optimal throughput and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on microwave and transport systems.
