Traffic Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in transportation design and traffic engineering / planning to take the next step in their career.

Position Requirements :

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT with the ability to obtain PE licensure within 1–2 years.
• Experience and knowledge in the following areas is desired :
• Traffic engineering and operations
• Traffic impact studies
• Traffic signal designs
• Evaluating traffic improvements and conducting traffic / safety studies
• Transportation planning for roadways, intersections, and trails / bike / pedestrian facilities
• Developing roadway geometrics and roadway construction plans
• Signing and pavement marking plans
