Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Consultant! In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional processes and policies that have a broad impact across the organization.

This position blends operational oversight with hands-on customer engagement, including in-home visits to deliver exceptional service and identify improvement opportunities. You will lead initiatives to enhance business systems, streamline protocols, and coordinate contractor relationships, while also managing quotes, invoices, and budgets for major projects.

With a strong focus on customer service, this role also involves data management, reporting and metrics, team coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Exciting candidates will have

Targeted Salary : $65,000-$70,000

Compensation Range $59,500.00 - $89,200.00
