Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our client’s team and establish their UX practice. As a founding member of their UX team, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for their cutting-edge customer-facing data governance and data management interface. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and the development team to design and deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating information architecture, and developing visual designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities Conduct user research and determine research needs; write research questions and present findings to leadership and development teams.

Develop information architecture and visual designs; work with asset libraries.

Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and the development team to deliver intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications 3+ years of UX experience.

Proven ability to independently conduct user research and present findings to leadership and development teams.

Experience with information architecture, visual design, and asset libraries.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale websites and complex applications.

Prior experience with Data Governance or Data Management platforms.

Direct customer interaction experience to understand needs and requirements.

Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools.

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Additional Notes This is a government contract role and US Citizenship is required. No C2C - W2 hourly only.
