We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals. This full-time role offers a salary range of $30,000 to $45,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency. Responsibilities
- Client Servicing : Provide exceptional service to our book of business, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and assisting clients with service needs.
- Quoting and Policy Management : Assist with quoting, policy changes, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling : Identify opportunities for additional coverage or updated policies that better fit the clients needs.
- Claims Support : Assist clients with claims, acting as their advocate and ensuring a smooth process.
- Team Collaboration : Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth initiatives.
- Positive Team Energy : Bring a people-first mindset and positive attitude to the workplace, while aligning both personally and professionally with WeadCo's core values.
- Detail-Oriented and Deadline Driven : Maintain accuracy in all tasks, manage priorities effectively, and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
- Documentation and Compliance : Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, applications, and policy details in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold a Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire.Experience : 1+ years of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and documentation requirements.Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM software, and agency management systems.
